The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment/ unauthorised construction from property bearing no.291, Khasra no.272, situated at village Jasola, South East Delhi, Delhi in the area 80 square yards out of 135 square yards. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD submits that the unauthorised construction being carried out at the subject property has been booked and a Work Stop order has also been issued. 3.

disposed of while directing MCD to take action in accordance with law. 4.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorized construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
