The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (earlier Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeking quashing of FIR No.191/2021, registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 420/188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act, 1897.

to take all the grounds before the appropriate Court at the appropriate stage. It is further prayed that the investigating agency may be directed to complete the investigation and file the chargesheet at the earliest. 3.

Mr. Satish Kumar, learned APP for State submitted that the investigation has already been completed and chargesheet is also prepared which shall be submitted in the Court concerned in near future. 4.

In view of the submission advanced by learned APP for the State that the investigation has already been completed and chargesheet is also prepared, which shall be submitted in the Court concerned in near future, this Court is inclined to grant liberty to learned counsel for the petitioner as prayed.
