This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made subject to reserving right to raise the issue of delay in pronouncement of the award at an appropriate stage, if need so arises. 3.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six months while reserving the aforesaid right. 4.
