This is a joint application filed by the parties with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the aforesaid settlement may please be taken on record and the decree may please be passed on terms as contained in para 3 hereinabove read with the terms of Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 13.09.2019 leaving the parties to bear their own costs with any other or further order, relief or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

It is prayed accordingly."

The application is signed by the parties and their counsels. It is accompanied by affidavits of the parties and a copy of the Memorandum of Family Settlement Dated 13th September, 2019. 3.

Learned counsels for the parties state that the Suite be decreed in terms of paras 3(i) to 3(xii) of the application read with the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 13th September, 2019.

In view of the contents of the application filed by the parties, the Suit is decreed in term of paras 3(i) to 3(xii) read with the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 13th September, 2019. No costs. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
