The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS (482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:- "(a) issuance of writ of mandamus and/or any appropriate writ, direction, order directing the respondents for transfer the investigation in respect of numerous complaints made by the petitioner against Lakhi Chaudhary R/o Rattan Ji Public School, Main Tanki Road, Near Shakti Vihar, Main Mithapur Ismilepur Road, New Delhi-110044 and Imam Hussain at Meat Shop situated in Front of Property No. 2/C, Gali no. 14, Molarband Extension, Main Badarpur Mithapur Road, New Delhi-110044 and their goonda elements from the local police of P.S. Badarpur, New Delhi to CBI or Crime Branch or any Independent Agency, New Delhi, in view of the facts and circumstances stated above and in the interest of justice; Pass such any other or further order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
