The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file afresh after the eye witnesses are examined.

He, however, submits that the examination of the eye witnesses has been delayed due to pendency of the FSL report in relation to the alleged knife used in the commission of the offence and the alleged blood strained clothes which the accused was allegedly wearing at the time of the alleged incident. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the trial has been adjourned at the instance of the accused person.

Considering that the FIR was registered on 18.08.2019 and the applicant was arrested way back on 23.08.2019 and the trial is not proceeding due to pendency of the FSL Report, the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Director, FSL, Rohini, is directed to expedite the FSL Report pending in relation to FIR No. 237/2019.
