The challenge in this appeal is to an order dated November 23, 2023 of the learned Single Judge which reads as under: "1. The learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to move an appropriate application seeking clarification of the order dated 13.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 12494/2022 titled Ranjeet Singh v. Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee & Ors.

In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in cases DN Taneja v. Bhajan Lal, 1988 SCC (3) 26 and Midnapore Peoples Co-op. Bank v. Chunni Lal Panda and Ors., AIR 2006 SC 2190, the present appeal is not maintainable.
