The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking early hearing in the disqualification petition filed by the Petitioner under Rule 55 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules, 2007 bearing diary reference no. 57572. 3.

It is the case of the Petitioner that the Respondent No.2 - Mr. Pawan Kumar Goel while being in default of dues, contested for elections of Shree Agrasen Co-Operative Urban Thrift & Credit Society Limited (hereinafter, 'Society') and was elected as the President of the Society. It is therefore the case of the Petitioner that the disqualification ought to be heard on an early date.

be heard and disposed within two months.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petition of the Petitioner seeking disqualification of the Respondent No.2 be heard and decided within a period of three months after duly giving notice to Respondent No.2 and affording a hearing to him.

The petition is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
