The present petition under Section 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a. Allow the present petition and initiate contempt proceedings against the alleged contemner/respondent for willfully not complying the terms of MOU dated 06-07-23/Joint statement dated 27-07-23 recorded before the Court of Ms. Smita Garg, Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court01, SE, Saket Courts in HMA nO.2754/23, in the interest of justice. b. Pass any order or further order(s) as this hon'ble court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and further submits that he does not wish to press the present petition.
