Counsel for the MCD points out to a status report filed by the MCD where they had tried to identify the properties, for action to be taken, in compliance of orders of this Court. However, apparently the petitioner did not tender any assistance in this regard.

Directions had already been passed in para 3 of order dated 07th December 2023, for the petitioner to assist the concerned engineer, in identification of the properties.

Further steps will be taken in collaboration with the petitioner pursuant to directions already passed by this Court. 4.
No further directions are required at this stage. 5.
Counsel for the MCD states that action will be taken in accordance with directions of this Court.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
