CM APPL. 21224/2024 1.

The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present case, being satisfied with the action taken by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") against the unauthorized construction existing in property bearing No. 207, Abul Fazal Enclave, Okhla, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD.

She submits that the action for demolition of the unauthorized construction in the aforesaid property was taken by the MCD on 12th February, 2024, wherein 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floor of the property was The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. demolished.

She further submits that the entire property has been sealed on the same date, i.e., on 12th February, 2024 after the action. She further submits that prior to the said date of 12th February, 2024, earlier actions had already been taken by the MCD.

Considering the submissions made in the present application, the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the order passed in CM APPL. No. 21224/2024.
