The present application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"), seeking permission to withdraw the present bail application, i.e., BAIL APPLN. 479/2026, with liberty to approach the Trial Court.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that subsequent to filing of the present bail application there has been some material change in the circumstances, inasmuch as the charges have already been framed by the Trial Court and the prosecution has commenced evidence.
