The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "i.

Pass an order issuing the contempt against the Respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of the judgment dated 10.11.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 7897/2022; and ii.

Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgment dated 10.11.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 7897/2022 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
