BAIL APPLN. 414/2025 1.
This is an application seeking release of the petitioner on interim bail in FIR No.0244 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020 registered at PS Kamla Market under Sections 147/149/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The application is based on the medical condition of the wife of the petitioner who requires surgical intervention for her L1 vertebra The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
which was compressed due to a fall in the washroom on 23.12.2024. 3.
It has further been stated that due to the problem in L1 vertebra, the wife of the petitioner is bed-ridden.

Mr. Singh, learned APP appearing on behalf of the respondent has handed over a status report which shows that due to the problem in L1 vertebra of the wife of the petitioner, she is unwell and is in acute pain and the neighbours are helping her in day-to-day activities. 5.
For the said reasons, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of 15 days to ensure that adequate medical treatment is provided to his wife including a surgery, if required. 6.
For the said reasons, the petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail subject to the following terms and conditions:- a.
The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) each with 1 surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court; b.
The petitioner shall not leave the country without the permission of the concerned court and if the petitioner has a passport, he shall surrender the same to the concerned trial court;
c.
The petitioner shall furnish to the IO concerned the cell phone number on which the petitioner may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched on at all times;
d.
The petitioner will furnish his permanent address to the concerned IO and in case he changes his address, he will inform the IO concerned;

e.
The petitioner shall not indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful, illegal or that would prejudice the proceedings in pending cases, if any;
f.
The petitioner shall appear in Court on every date of hearing unless exempted;

The petitioner shall not communicate with, or come into contact with the complainant or any of the prosecution witnesses, or tamper with the evidence of the case. 7.
Nothing stated hereinabove shall tantamount to an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.

The status report handed over in Court today is taken on record. 9.
With these directions, the petition is allowed and is disposed of accordingly.
