% 17.01.2020 CM No. 1751/2020 This application has been filed by the petitioner praying for modification of the order dated 12.12.2019 passed by this Court to the limited extent that the said order had recorded that the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for visa afresh.
It is contended that the petitioner had already been granted a visa which is valid till 11.10.2025 and therefore, need not apply for a fresh visa. The learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice, submits that the petitioner can indeed travel to India on the basis of visa already granted to her, provided that the visa is not torn or spoiled in any form.
The application is disposed of recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondent.
