Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of defendant nos. 1 to 3 states that the said defendants have accepted the judgment dated 19.11.2025 to the extent that it directs defendant nos. 1 to 3 to pay legal costs of Rs. 10 lakhs to the plaintiffs.

He states that he is carrying a cheque for the said amount to tender to the plaintiff.

He has handed over the cheque to the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 1.3.

This is an application filed by the defendant nos. 1 to 3 seeking modification of the judgment dated 19.11.2025 to the limited extent of the direction contained in paragraph '39' of the said order directing the handover of the seized glass jars by defendants/applicants to the plaintiff. 3.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff, who appears on advance notice, states that the plaintiff is opposing this prayer. 4.
This Court has perused the grounds set out at paragraph '8' of the application and is of the considered opinion that no ground is made out for modification of the judgment.

This Court has become functus officio, having already passed the judgement dated 19.11.2025.

The application is dismissed.
