The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.41/2019 under Sections 406/419/420/467/468/471/506/201/120B IPC, registered at Police Station Crime Branch. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rs.10,00,000/- has been deposited with the trial court as directed vide order 17.10.2019. 3.
Learned APP for the State submits that the charge-sheet has been filed and the witnesses are being examined.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./S.H.O. and subject to the following conditions :- BAIL APPLN. 2618/2019
(i) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./S.H.O. Police Station Crime Branch with his mobile number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the concerned I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court. (iii) The petitioner shall remain regularly present before the Trial Court.

With the above directions, the application is disposed of. 6.
