Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and has challenged order dated 14.01.2025.

Fact, however, remains that, thereafter, the parties have been able to settle the entire matter amicably and in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025, the suit in question has already been withdrawn by the petitioner/plaintiff on 30.04.2025. It is apprised that in terms of the settlement, one suit which has been filed by the respondent, has also been withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and does admit that the matter has been amicably settled. 4.
In view of the above, since the matter has been amicably settled CM(M) 197/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 00:49:13
and the suit is question has also been withdrawn, the present petition becomes infructuous.

The present application is, accordingly, allowed. 6.
The present petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous, in terms of the settlement between the parties. 7.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
