After some arguments Mr Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the appeal.

Mr Sharma says that the concern of the appellant is that there is impediment caused by the respondent in the award/decree being executed. 3.1 Mr Mohit Chaudhary, learned counsel, on the other hand, denies the assertion.
