At the outset, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent no.2/Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is deleted from the array of parties. Further, the Bank of India (BOI) is impleaded as a respondent in the present petition.

Let an amended memo of parties be filed by the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accept notice on behalf of the respondent/s.

the present proceedings).

Mr. Vipin Jha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/BOI submits that a Special Leave Petition (SLP) had been preferred by the said bank against the aforesaid judgment/order dated 13.11.2025, however, the same was dismissed by the Supreme Court.

It is submitted that the respondent/BOI shall also take appropriate steps to comply with the directions contained in the aforesaid judgment/order dated 13.11.2025. The said statement is taken on record. 8.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
