% 09.02.2017 On the last date of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner conceded that the appeal bearing No.132/2014 is pending consideration before the Deputy Commissioner (South-West) and the next date of hearing is 14th February, 2017.

Ms.Sakshi Popli, Advocate who appeared for the respondents on that date sought time to take instructions. She states her instructions are the appeal shall be disposed of within eight weeks. As I note that a stay application has been filed along with the appeal before the authority concerned i.e. Deputy Commissioner and the date of hearing in the appeal is 14th February, 2017, the authority i.e. Deputy

Commissioner shall consider the stay application on 14th February, 2017, the date already fixed and pass appropriate orders. It is expected that the appeal shall be disposed of within eight weeks as contended by the learned counsel for the respondents.

The petition is disposed of.
