% 20.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 04th January, 2016 and 25th October, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 3480/2008 whereby the Court set aside the order dated 03rd January, 2008 by virtue of which the respondent No.2 was directed to run an apology scroll. Vide aforesaid order, respondent No.1 was directed to re-consider the matter afresh within six weeks from 25th October, 2016. Today, learned counsel for respondent has handed over to this Court a photocopy of the order dated 14th March, 2017 whereby the petitioner‟s complaint has been re-considered. The same is taken on record. In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed. However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order dated 14th March, 2017 in accordance with law.
