The present Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking setting aside of orders dated 29.05.2019; 06.03.2024 and 05.07.2024, passed by the learned Magistrate in complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 2.

After some submissions, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file Revision before the learned Session Court or to move appropriate Application before the Court of learned MM.

The present Petition and pending applications are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.
