Authority is stated to be pending before the Registrar since September, 2019. The decision be taken thereon by the Registrar not later than 31st March, 2020 and be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 2 weeks thereafter. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, he can seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of.
