% 24.05.2024 In view of ARB.P. No.353/2024 titled Vision Transit Private Limited vs. Department of Transport Government of NCT of Delhi & Ors. having been allowed and a learned Sole Arbitrator having been appointed in the matter, by consent of parties, the present petition filed under section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 ('A&C Act') is disposed-of, permitting the petitioner to place the present petition before the learned Sole Arbitrator as an application under section 17 of the A&C Act, alongwith the complete pleadings in the matter, which the learned Sole Arbitrator may decide, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. Furthermore, it is directed that interim order dated 01.02.2024 passed by this court in this matter, shall continue until confirmed, modified, varied or set-aside by the learned Arbitrator.
