1. The hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode (physical and virtual hearing).
2. By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of three months for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 21.12.2023, learned arbitrator has inter alia directed as under: "Both parties have agreed to move an application under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Hon'ble High Court to seek appropriate extension of time for conclusion of arguments and passing of the Award. Steps be taken accordingly."

5. In terms of the order dated 21.12.2023 of the learned arbitrator, the present petition has been moved.
6. Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of three months from 05.04.2024. Further, the period lapsed from 05.01.2024 till date is regularised.
7. The present petition is disposed of.
