The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to release eligible refund of Rs. 11,87,746/- besides interest due thereon in terms of Section 42 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 ["the Act"]. 2.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for respondents, who submits that refund shall be processed within a period of four weeks from today.

The statement is taken on record.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to process the refund application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks and in case any amount is found to be due and payable, the same be paid along with statutory interest, as provided under Section 42 of the Act. 5.

Petition is disposed of in these terms.
