Sh. Sanjay Jain, learned Senior Counsel representing respondent/State submits that grievance of the petitioner does not exist anymore as CCTV footage of the cameras installed at Police Station EOW for the relevant dates i.e. from 09.01.2026 to 17.01.2026 has already been preserved and has been deposited in Malkhana. He seeks to place on record General Diary Number i.e. GD No.31A dated 12.02.2026 to the abovesaid effect.

Copy of abovesaid GD No.31A has been placed on record and a spare copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, she does not seek for any further relief at the moment in the present petition. 4.
