The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorized construction raised by the respondent no.5 in the shape of first and second floors forming part of the property bearing no.GG-2/75A, Vikaspuri, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property shall be duly inspected and if any unauthorized construction is found, expeditious action to remove the same shall be taken in accordance with law.
