% 28.01.2020 Present application is filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 288/2019 registered at Police Station - Patel Nagar for the offences punishable under Sections 341/308/34 IPC. Keeping in view the fact that three accused attacked the complainant and the bail application is filed by one of the accused, investigation is required to ascertain who are the other two accused persons in committing the crime, I am not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail. Application is accordingly dismissed.
