The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ and/or direction and/or order to direct Respondent No. 1 to release an amount of INR 27,77,96,112/- along with interest @ 18% per annum computed from 30.10.2018 till the date of payment of the aforesaid amount, directly to the Petitioner on account of the work done for the Project;

(ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ and/or direction and/or order to direct Respondent No. 1 to consider the representation dated 14.12.2023 issued by the Petitioner before approving the change of ownership of Respondent No. 3;

(iii) Pass such order and any further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, in all fairness, states that he is restricting the case only to prayer clause (ii) of the writ petition which is for a direction to Respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 14.12.2023 given by the Petitioner.

The Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation given by the Petitioner within six weeks from today. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
