The present petition has been filed by the appellant in FAO(OS) 32/2018 under Section 2(B) and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for non-compliance of the interim status quo order dated 27.02.2018 and the absolute status quo order dated 20.01.2020 passed by this Court in FAO(OS) No. 32/2018.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate Court.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
