This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 seeking directions for cancellation of FIR No. 867/2018 registered at Police Station Samaipur Badli under Sections 324/34 IPC and all consequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

At the very outset, learned APP states that there are three injured in this case, whereas the MoU has been executed between the complainant and with only one of the injured persons.
