It is noted that earlier, vide order dated 18.11.2019, the petitioner undertook to appear before the Trial Court on 28.02.2020 or a week thereafter, on which basis, the NBWs issued against the petitioner were stayed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 18th November, 2019 as the petitioner is a resident of USA and needs some more time to comply with the order. He, on instructions from the father of the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner will positively appear before the trial court on 28th April, 2020.

Subject to the petitioner filing an undertaking to the aforesaid effect, within two weeks, for his appearance before the Trial Court on 28th April, 2020, the order dated 18th November, 2019 stands modified.

The application stands disposed of.
