% 22.11.2019 I have been informed by Mr. Anil Soni, learned CGSC appearing for the Judgment Debtor No.2 that the respondent No.1 / NIRD has filed a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the award before the City Civil Court, Hyderabad, Telangana and the next date of hearing in that proceeding is December 18, 2019. In view of the statement made by Mr. Anil Soni, learned counsel for the Decree Holder seeks permission to withdraw the petition for present with liberty to approach the Court after culmination of the aforesaid proceedings in accordance with law.

The petition and connected application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
