.The present Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 062/2021, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Jagar Puri, Delhi in terms of Compromise /Settlement Deed dated 16.08.2022.

The parties are present in person and their statements have already been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar. As per the Settlement, the parties have settled all the disputes and Petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards settlement of all the claims of the Respondentwife towards istridhan, maintenance, jewellery etc. The parties have taken divorce by mutual consent under Section 13 B of the Hindu The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
