By way of the instant writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek the following prayers: "a) Direct the respondent No.4 & 5 not to interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners in any manner and not to harass the petitioner No.2 and his family members in any manner by issuing a Writ of Mandamus; b) Direct the respondent No. 1 to 3 to extend full protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners and ensure their safety and security by issuing a Writ of Mandamus;."

direction to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent nos. 4 and 5, the phone number of the Beat Constable and the local SHO be given to the petitioners, and in case of need for protection, the SHO concerned will ensure that the petitioners are extended assistance as per law.
