The instant contempt petition has arisen out of the alleged noncompliance of the directions passed by the Court on 30.01.2026. 2.

It is an admitted position that the petitioner was admitted by AIIMS and thereafter, for various reasons as submitted by Mr. Ansari, he had sought for discharge. Since, the order passed by the Court for admission of the petitioner has been complied with, therefore, the contempt at this stage, would not lie.

Accordingly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of.
