1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after making statutory deductions of Rs.96,240/-, the arrears of monthly salary due to the petitioner's husband, Ct/W.Man Mahender Kumar, for the period between September, 2023 and April, 2024 amounting to Rs.5,07,112/- has already been released.
Consequently, a sum of Rs.4,10,872/- has been already credited in his SBI's saving account. A copy of communication dated 02.07.2024 to this effect is handed over in Court and is taken on record with a direction to learned counsel for the respondents to forward a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner within two days. 2. In the light of the aforesaid, we are of the view that once the petitioner's husband has been paid all his outstanding dues of salary, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present case.
