The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case no.

VIII(AP)(10)P&I/5420-D Arrival/2025 of PS IGI Airport for offence under Section 8/20(B)/23/& 29 NDPS Act.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that at IGI Airport, on being apprehended under suspicion, the accused/applicant was found carrying 7178.5 grams ganja in a trolley bag. The allegedly recovered ganja is intermediate quantity, possession whereof is punishable with 10 years imprisonment.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after framing of charge.
