This order is in continuation of the orders dated 24th October, 2019 and 17th February, 2020.

Defendant no.1 Sheetal Arora, for herself as well as for defendant no.2 Shubham Sharma, appears in person.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that the defendants no.1 and 2 have furnished to the plaintiff particulars of the person from whom the defendants procured the goods bearing the infringing mark and the plaintiff is satisfied therewith and if the defendants are willing to suffer a decree for permanent injunction as sought, the plaintiff will not press for other reliefs. 4.
The counsel for the plaintiff states that he identifies the defendant no.1.

Ms. Sheetal Arora states that the defendants are willing to suffer a decree for permanent injunction as sought.

Defendant no.1 Sheetal Arora also states that defendants will destroy the goods seized by the Commissioner and which are in defendants‟ superdari.

A decree is accordingly passed, in favour of the plaintiff and jointly and severally against the two defendants viz. Sheetal Arora and Shubham Sharma, of permanent injunction, in terms of prayer paragraph 33(a), (b) and (c) of the plaint dated 23rd October, 2019, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
