Learned APP submitted that one of the co-accused, Farooq, has not been impleaded as a party. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not know the address of the said co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition and file the same, whenever he comes to know about the address of the coaccused, Farooq. 3.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
