% 11.04.2018 Mr. Dhanesh Relan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the DDA has drawn my attention to a communication addressed by DDA to him dated April 10, 2018 wherein it has been decided by the DDA to invite fresh tenders for upgradation and renovation of the five swimming pools and the petitioner shall be within his right to bid for the tender if eligible. He also states, it has been decided that the amount forfeited shall be released to the petitioner herein. A copy of the communication is taken on record. A copy of the same has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of this decision of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states the petition be disposed off. Ordered accordingly. CM No. 1047/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
