This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a. Issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to accept, process and decide the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment strictly in accordance with the Rajasthan Civil Service (Compassionate Appointments to Dependents of Deceased Government Servants) Regulations, 1996: and b Issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of certiori, quashing and setting aside any action, decision or process of the respondents whereby the claim of rival claimant, namely Sh. Naveen, is being considered or processed for compassionate appointment solely on the basis of the succession judgment dated 14.11.2025 passed in CIS no. SUCC-04/2018 by Ld.
