Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in person for constituting a list of members of the bar for assignment of work of Local Commissioners/Receivers for High Court of Delhi and all District Courts of Delhi and to further create a web-link containing the complete information in respect of appointment of Local Commissioners/Receivers on rotation basis.

Petitioner's previous writ petition being W.P.(C) No.12671/2023 for similar reliefs was disposed of vide order dated 26th September, 2023 holding that the said writ petition be treated as representation and be placed before the Rules Committee of this Court constituted under Section 123 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC). Court. Since no response was received, the petitioner made another representation dated 21st November, 2023.

However, the petitioner states that till date, the said representation has not been decided. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition along with the application is disposed of with a direction to the Rules Committee of this Court to decide the petitioner's previous writ petition which was directed to be treated as a representation as well as the new representation dated 21st November, 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from today.

At this stage, the petitioner prays for and is permitted to file a supplementary representation containing suggestions. Let the needful be done within a week from today.

The said suggestions shall also be considered by the Rules Committee while deciding the aforesaid representations. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merit of the controversy.
