The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 2(B), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - <a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the Contemnor/Respondent i.e. Sh. Satish Kumar Bajaj, for deliberately and willfully violating /disobeying the order dated 28.01.2025, passed by this Hon'ble High court in connected matters R.F.A. No. 387 of 2014 and FAO No. 158 of 2014. c) Punish the Contemnor/RespondentNo.1 under section 12 of the contempt of court act;

d) Direct the Contemnor/RespondentNo.1 for immediate removal of the illegally constructed wall by restoring the access of the Petitioner.
