After some hearing, the respondent, who appears in person, submits and undertakes that he shall vacate the concerned property i.e., House No.6, Chanan Singh Park, Kirbi Place, New Delhi-110010, latest within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement and undertaking is taken on record.

It is made clear that any breach thereof shall be treated as egregious contempt of the orders passed by this Court.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 4.

In case the respondent acts in breach of the aforesaid undertaking, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present contempt petition.
