1. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called out. Learned counsel for the Respondent who appears on advance notice states that the proceedings under Section 147/148 of the IT Act which are impugned in the present petition has been withdrawn in view of the subsequent communication received by the Respondent from the UAE Revenue Authorities to FT & TR, who stated that the two entities with whom the Petitioner had two business transactions were indeed genuine existing companies.
