% 11.02.2020 C.M. No.5401/2020 (for early hearing) This application seeks early hearing of the petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed. The application stands disposed-off.

W.P.(C) 12040/2019 Admittedly, the petitioners have not been paid salaries for the months of November, 2019, December, 2019 and January, 2020. Mr. Jasmeet Singh, the learned counsel for the respondent management/school states, upon instructions, that due to financial constraints, the respondent management is not in a position to pay the entire amount right away and seeks a temporary accommodation to tide over this difficult time till the new academic year starts. He submits that similar order has been passed by this court in a similar

case being W.P. (C) No.1521/2020.

In the circumstance, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the moment at least two months' salary be paid by the end of this month. Let it be so done. For the months of January and February, 2020, salaries shall be paid by 15.03.2020 and for the month of March, 2020, salaries shall be paid by 22.04.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioners states, upon instructions, that the aforesaid arrangement is acceptable to the petitioners. The parties shall be bound by the terms of this arrangement. List on 09.11.2020.
