Petitioner impugns order dated 02.07.2019, whereby, the eviction petition of the petitioner has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has not disclosed alternative accommodation from where the son of the petitioner is carrying on his business. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be filing a fresh petition on the ground of bonafide necessity in view of the changed circumstances.

In view of the above, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
